Elizabeth P. Whitehead
Elizabeth earned her J.D. Degree from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2001. Elizabeth soon joined the public defender's office, where she worked for two successful years. She then joined a private criminal defense practice. Elizabeth believed that in starting her own practice, she could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues. In 2005, Elizabeth founded Elizabeth P. Whitehead, P.A.. Since then, Elizabeth has represented numerous clients in State Courts as well as immigration matters. Elizabeth P. Whitehead, P.A. allowed Elizabeth to fully realize her passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection.

Elizabeth has been active in a number of professional organizations including the Bay County Bar Association, a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association, Mediators Beyond Borders, and a past member of the Bay County Chamber of Commerce. Elizabeth treats every client with respect and integrity.

Jeff C. Whitehead, Office Manager
Jeff earned his Bachelors degree from Troy University in Political Science and Psychology. Later, Jeff went on to earn a Masters in Public Administration and a Masters in Pyschology Counseling from Troy University.

Jeff has worked as an intensive case manager, a vocational rehabiliation counselor and a Community Work Incentive Counselor. Jeff's background provides the practice a great deal of insight into what services are available to those with disabilities. His counseling background helps to provide clients with a sense of calm during a storm.
